Details of Relax Package with Spa treatments: Check in is from 2.00pm , but we are happy to store your bags if you would like to arrive early to indulge in some retail therapy in  Chester's fabulous city centre or take a relaxing stroll around the City Walls.

 Your Treatments; a Reviver Facial, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and a Body Polish.  can be booked for the day of arrival or departure*. On the day of your treatments a light  lunch is served for you in the Peppermill Trattoria.

 Throughout your stay the Health & Leisure facilities are free to use so why not relax in the spa bath,  or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Facilities also include a sauna, steam room and Technogym  gym.  In your bedroom you will find a fluffy robe and slippers for you to use for the duration of your stay.

Dinner is served in the Canaletto Restaurant between 7pm & 9pm, where a  great choice of dishes are available from our table d’hote menu. Breakfast  in the Canaletto Restaurant is served from  7.00am  until 10.00am whether you prefer a continental or a cooked breakfast there is plenty of choice.

*Relax Treatments are available between Monday & Thursday so if you are staying on Sunday your treatments will be on Monday and if you are staying on a Thursday your treatments will be on Thursday.

Details of Indulge Package with Spa treatments: Check in is from 2.00pm. In your Superior  bedroom you will find Champagne & Strawberries to enjoy at your leisure and a fluffy Robe & Slippers for you to use for the duration of your stay.

 Your Treatments; a Prescriptive Facial, Tropical Saltmousse Glow and a Manicure can be booked for the day of arrival or departure*. On the day of your treatments a light  lunch is served for you in the Peppermill Trattoria.

 Dinner to be taken in the Canaletto Restaurant on the day of arrival is served from our excellent table d’hote menu.

 After dinner why not retire to your room to enjoy your champagne and strawberries or visit our real ale bar and sample one of the many fine wines or real ales on offer.

At Breakfast in the Canaletto Restaurant you will have an excellent choice of both continental and cooked breakfast items to choose from. Add an extra touch of luxury and have your breakfast delivered to your room (a small supplement of £2 pp applies)

 When you are not being pampered in the Beauty spa why not pamper yourself in our excellent Health & leisure facilities including Spa Bath,  Sauna, Steam Room, Swimming Pool, and Technogym Gym. These facilities are free to use for the duration of your stay.

 When your stay is over we  want you to remember your experience for as long as possible so we have included an Aromatherapy Candle to take home.
