Food and Beverage Assistant

You will join the talented team to assist in the day to day running of the Food Service Areas and Bars to ensure the high level of service is consistently offered to guests. You will ensure that the designated areas are cleaned to the company standards, to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas.  You will help to control costs through ordering stock and minimising waste.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in restaurants and bars providing excellent service to customer; and have a passion to developing their career the hospitality industry. This post requires the candidate to be flexible and dedicated to the hospitality profession.

Senior Chef De Partie

You must be passionate, hardworking and dedicated to a progressive career as a professional Chef representing the 3/4/5-Star Hotel. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative and have the confidence in their skills and ability to thrive in this acclaimed restaurant.

You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and have a strong desire to improve on your skills and knowledge as well as be knowledgeable of classic food preparations, dishes and cooking. You will be expected to be fully prepared for all service times.

You will need at least one year’s experience working in a similar role and possess excellent food presentation skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure are key, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This post requires the candidate to be flexible and dedicated to the hospitality profession.

Chef De Partie

Commis Chef

You will be actively involved in menu planning, compilation and ordering in addition to ensuring that departmental budgets are controlled. You must have a strong grasp of Health and Safety policy demanding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You must strive to meet every customers need, enhancing guest satisfaction.

You must be passionate, hardworking and dedicated to developing your skills; as well as having at least 1 years’ experience as a Chef. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, creative and have the confidence in their skills and ability to thrive in this environment.
