It is with great sadness that we announce that, following the British Government’s most recent communication, The Mill Hotel and Spa Chester will remain temporarily closed until further notice.
Looking after our guests and team has, and always will be, our first priority and I would like to take this opportunity of thanking all of our team for their strength and commitment in these difficult times, during which they have continued to show their professionalism and dedication to guests and each other. We have been touched by the heart-warming messages of support and encouragement from you, our friends and guests.
Please be assured that although, for the moment, we will not be able to welcome you in person, we will remain in regular contact and look forward to the day when we can open our doors again and welcome you back to our hotel, bars and restaurants.
If you have an existing booking arriving before the end of June, we would be happy to rearrange the date of your booking to any time within the next 12 months. Please email email@example.com and we will get back to your shortly. Reservations without prepayments which are due to arrive before the end of June will automatically be cancelled unless you contact the hotel to request a date change.
Should you have a gift voucher that was due to expire from 1st April to 30th August, this will automatically be extended for a further 6 months. There is no need to contact the hotel to arrange this.
