Covid Commitment to Health & Wellbeing

The health and wellbeing of all our guests is absolutely paramount. We have instigated the following measures at all our Hotels to ensure you can stay with confidence and peace of mind, keeping you and our teams safe.

Hotel Guests

• As part of the reservation process each guest is asked if they have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to arrival. 
• On arrival each guest's temperature is taken. 
• Good hygiene practises of hand washing and hand sanitisation is promoted throughout the hotels. 
• We kindly ask guests to respect social distancing guidelines throughout there stay, in all areas.
• Flexibility - book with the confidence that if circumstances change and you are unable to join us we will ensure a solution is found that fits your needs.

Meetings and Events 

• We guide event organisers through exactly what is possible at each site and aim to suit your individual needs as best we can.
• Each individual meeting space is assessed and maximum capacity allocated to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
• All our standards and protocols are constantly reviewed in line with government guidance and our teams are dedicated to make sure you are aware of any changes as soon as we are.

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Our dedicated teams are focused on frequent cleaning and disinfecting of all touch points throughout the hotel.
• All bathroom amenities are for individual use only
• Laundry is washed at temperatures ensuring elimination of any potential trace of Covid-19
• Sanitiser has been placed throughout the hotels for your use.

 

In Our Restaurants

• All our tables are well spaced to ensure distancing between individual groups.
• Each table goes through a thorough cleaning and sanitisation process before each seating.
• We asked guests to kindly adhere to social distancing guidelines
• The Restaurant team are always courteous and welcoming but will be wearing masks and maintain distance throughout service.
• Team members will keep physical contact with tables to a minimum.

 

Our Teams

• Every team member is put through a Health & Safety Covid-19 training program and constantly kept up to date with the changing protocols in line with the current guidance.
• Temperature checks are taken at the beginning of each shift before entry for each and every team member
• Hand washing and sanitisation protocols are mandatory.
